AI Strategist
Job Description
Spinutech is hiring an AI Strategist who will play a key role in identifying opportunities for AI adoption, supporting the execution of AI projects, and collaborating with teams across the organization to implement AI-driven tools and processes. This position is ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy professional with 3–4 years of experience in AI who is eager to grow their expertise and contribute to transformative initiatives.

What You’D Do Here:
- Assist in the development of the agency’s AI strategy by researching industry trends and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify and evaluate potential AI use cases that can enhance efficiency and innovation within the organization
- Help maintain and update the AI project roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities
- Support the implementation of AI projects by gathering requirements, coordinating timelines, and tracking progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and deploy AI tools, ensuring smooth integration into existing workflows
- Perform data analysis to measure the performance and ROI of AI initiatives, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
- Research and recommend AI tools, platforms, and software that align with organizational needs
- Assist in configuring, testing, and deploying AI solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Develop/implement custom LLMs and bot/agents for company utilization
- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented AI systems, suggesting improvements as necessary
- Work with internal teams to promote AI literacy and adoption by developing training materials and assisting in workshops or sessions
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees using AI tools, ensuring proper utilization and addressing concerns or challenges
- Ensure all AI projects adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations
- Assist in establishing and maintaining best practices for data governance, ensuring data quality and security across all AI initiatives
What You Need To Work Here:
- 3–4 years of experience in AI, data analytics, machine learning, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with implementing AI tools or working on AI-related projects
- Familiarity with AI technologies such as natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, or automation tools
- Basic knowledge of data analysis platforms and tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, marketing analytics, or a related field.
- Certifications or coursework in AI, machine learning, or data analytics are a plus
