What You’D Do Here:

• Assist in the development of the agency’s AI strategy by researching industry trends and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with senior team members to identify and evaluate potential AI use cases that can enhance efficiency and innovation within the organization
• Help maintain and update the AI project roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities
• Support the implementation of AI projects by gathering requirements, coordinating timelines, and tracking progress
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and deploy AI tools, ensuring smooth integration into existing workflows
• Perform data analysis to measure the performance and ROI of AI initiatives, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
• Research and recommend AI tools, platforms, and software that align with organizational needs
• Assist in configuring, testing, and deploying AI solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Develop/implement custom LLMs and bot/agents for company utilization
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented AI systems, suggesting improvements as necessary
• Work with internal teams to promote AI literacy and adoption by developing training materials and assisting in workshops or sessions
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees using AI tools, ensuring proper utilization and addressing concerns or challenges
• Ensure all AI projects adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations
• Assist in establishing and maintaining best practices for data governance, ensuring data quality and security across all AI initiatives

What You Need To Work Here:

• 3–4 years of experience in AI, data analytics, machine learning, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with implementing AI tools or working on AI-related projects
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, or automation tools
• Basic knowledge of data analysis platforms and tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, marketing analytics, or a related field.
• Certifications or coursework in AI, machine learning, or data analytics are a plus
