Paid Media Strategist (Paid Search)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Paid Media Strategist (Paid Search) to join our growing team. This is a junior level role and ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in managing paid search campaigns, and a keen eye for data accuracy. What You’D Do Here

Search-Related Responsibilities

Data Analysis And Organization

  • Organize and clean data into digestible formats
  • Identify drop-offs in performance and budgeting issues
  • Work with spreadsheets to track and analyze performance data

Quality Assurance Duties

  • Ensure accuracy in targeting, campaign setup, and promotional ad copy
  • Monitor and manage budget pacing across multiple accounts

Account Management

  • Adjust ad copy and update promotional offers as needed

Other Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Google Ads Editor for campaign management
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with the team

What You Need To Work Here

Required

  • 1-3 years of experience in paid search campaign management
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, create campaigns, build keyword lists, and write ad copy
  • Strong data analysis skills with spreadsheet proficiency
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred

  • 1+ year of experience managing LSAs and/or YouTube Ads
  • Provide strategic recommendations for identified issues
  • Implement budget and bid changes to optimize performance
  • Experience monitoring spend and performance across multiple platforms

Who You’D Be Working With

In this role you report to the Associate Director; Paid Media. On a regular basis, you’d be working with our paid media team and with other team members who reside across the country

Where We Are

Although we are everywhere, for this opening we will be hiring either in the Greater Tampa Bay area OR the Great Des Moines area. All of our team members have the option to work remotely, no matter where they live in the United States. We do have traditional office locations in Cedar Falls and Des Moines, Iowa; Tampa, Florida and co-working spaces in Chicago and Denver
