We seek a Senior Web Technical Account/Project Manager to join our team who will manage a portfolio of web development clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that meet complex business requirements. This role demands strong project management capabilities, an ability to translate business needs into actionable strategies, and the technical acumen to recommend suitable tech stacks and solutions. You will be accountable for growing your portfolio of accounts and maintaining high client satisfaction.

What You'll Do Here
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of web development clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client business goals and ensure alignment with agency services.
- Lead and manage web development projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Recommend suitable tech stacks and solutions that align with the agency's core capabilities.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions meet client needs.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and introduce additional agency services.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve account growth and client satisfaction targets.
- Monitor account performance, using data to drive decisions and optimize outcomes.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure clients are achieving their business goals.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations to enhance their digital strategies.
What You Need To Work Here
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5-8 years of experience in technical account management or project management within a web development or digital agency.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering successful web development projects.
- Familiarity with CMS and eCommerce platforms like Sitefinity, NopCommerce, WordPress, HubSpot, and Umbraco.(comparable platforms acceptable).
- Strong project management and agile methodology skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
- High professionalism and client-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, including remote work.

Who You'd Be Working With
In this role you'll report to the Project Management Team Lead. On a regular basis, you'd be working cross-functionally with project managers, developers, marketers and designers in a remote environment.
